Water Law.
Water Law is a subset of Real Estate law. Do you own house, cabin, vacant lot? If so, you may have a Water Law issue, but the most common scenario is where the property includes a waterfront, creek, river, or access to a waterfront. Of course, this is fairly common in Michigan!
Water Law covers all issues that may arise in the presence of water. The issues often arise between neighbors, but the actions of more distant people may cause problems. Your neighbor might cause your well to go dry, or your property to flood. He may interfere with your enjoyment of a river or waterfront.

“We contacted Paul to update our will. With our adult children now grown and families of their own, we needed to have a plan in place. Paul took time to explain everything, answering any questions and concerns that we had. He was thorough with every detail. We now have a sense of security for our family after we are gone. We would recommend Paul for any of your legal needs.”

Mr. Taylor was thoroughly helpful to me on my unemployment overpayment case. I found him knowledgeable, responsive, kind, and able to provide clear concise advice in a situation I found overwhelming and confusing. I would recommend his office to anyone and will contact him if I run into another problem.

“Paul is that kind of guy that actual cares about your issues. You can tell by the interest he shows in your case that he is there to earn it and is not ‘in it for a quick buck.’ “
